About the Instructor:

Nima King has been practicing breathwork daily since 2014. In the past few years he has been teaching this combinations of both ancient and modern breathing practices with his students from all around the world.

Breathing course

Its a great course and well worth the investment. Breathing properly is fundamental to good health and benefits a person in many ways. I like the fact this course is open to many different techniques - not all will work equally for a person and gives good ideas to develop internal GI.
