Master Your Breathing – Breathwork and Pranayama Practices

Using breathwork to enhance and compliment your training and quality of life.

Breathing is the one bodily function we can leave on autopilot or take deliberate control of — and how we breathe shapes how we feel, think, and recover. This course is an in-depth guide to breathwork and pranayama: practical techniques, drawn from both ancient traditions and modern methods, for breathing better in everyday life.

Research has increasingly linked conscious breathing practices to lower blood pressure, healthier digestion, better heart and lung function, and a calmer, more balanced nervous system. And unlike many health practices, the effects of good breathing are something you can often feel in your body and mind right away.

Through clear, guided instruction — with every lesson subtitled in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish — you’ll develop more effective, efficient breathing you can carry into daily life, to:

  • Meet the stress of a busy day with more steadiness
  • Ease the tension that contributes to discomfort, including in the back and neck
  • Support athletic performance, stamina, and recovery
  • Find calm in moments of anxiety
  • Build a healthier relationship with your breath, body, and mind

These are skills, not quick fixes — but they’re skills almost anyone can begin to feel the benefit of from the very first practice.

Breathing course

Its a great course and well worth the investment. Breathing properly is fundamental to good health and benefits a person in many ways. I like the fact this course is open to many different techniques - not all will work equally for a person and gives good ideas to develop internal GI.
