During our session, we aim to heighten your awareness of your body’s internal connections, guiding you in their effective utilization. Our agenda begins with an in-depth exploration of the initial set, “All Things Come From Emptiness.”
Following this, we will meticulously review sets 1 through 6, addressing any necessary corrections and enhancements. Moreover, we will incorporate practical testing for each form, incorporating mild resistance to assess the accuracy of movements executed utilizing both the strings and internal power.
