The first Yan Shou Gong workshop in the USA, located in Canton Ohio.
This will be a stage 2 workshop designed exclusively for individuals who have completed the Yan Shou Gong (sets 1-6) online course or possess familiarity with the initial six sets.
This workshop will be conducted by Level 5 instructor Lyndon Oudsten, he is the Chief Instructor of Europe.
The workshop consists of, connecting the internal structure and strings, running through set 1 to 6 to get corrections and simple testing to see if the movements are done correctly using internals.
