My Spine

Really great spinal exercises. I am really benefiting from all of the methods. I had stiff spine and especially in the lumbar area. Now it's becoming better. I am not quite there yet, but I know if I continue and persist with the methods then my spine will be strong, mobile, and healthy! Thank you!

Great course

I am really grateful that I have found this course. It gives me hope that, from now on, I can heal my back pain for good. The exercises are explained understandably and it is also explained what each exercise is good for, obviously it needs some practice but I absolutely believe in the power of Spinal Qi Gong. Thank you very much for sharing this knowledge!

Wonderful course!

Really thankful for Adam Mizner sharing of this qigong set. I'm getting reacquainted with my thoracic spine, and my lumbar area is beginning to feel mobile and comfortable again. It feels very freeing! Totally recommended course!

There's more to it than I thought

When I watched the videos for the first time I followed along and followed through and some of my joints and vertebrae and joints cracked and fell into the right place. I might be sore tomorrow but I will continue to practice these exercises. I felt an immediate shoulder relief and my lower back is less blocked. I hope that my old martial arts injury will go away one day. Very good stretches!

If you love your spine, do this training!

I felt I already received the value from the course after the 1st video. I’m just grateful to learn from those who have studied and applied the knowledge. My spine feels so good after just one round of practice. The release is real and my back feels more open overall, like there’s space for Qi.

Once through the first four exercises was enough to get total pain relief

Amazing results after one night of use. I got better results doing spinal qi gong once than I had with 6 weeks physical therapy. My neck, shoulder and arm pin were erased for 3/4's of the day. Although I was familiar with most of the specific exercises, presented as a package with focussed intention and guidance on regenerating the spine gave them fresh focus.

good progression

I liked the deepening and small modifications to some of the things I already do plus some new nuances to things I haven't especially the Pagoda. Thx!

Practical, to the point and profound! A truly useful course...

My expectations were met 100%. I looked for condensed instruction and practical exercises to work on my thoracic and cervical spine. I had a martial arts injury from training Shaolin kung fu when I was 18 years old. I had aches and pains for over 26 years now. These pains stopped me from training. Just after 3 days of focused effort, I felt a big shift in my mobility. Highly recommended!

Stretching the Spine for Health

I've studied t'ai chi for many years. I've been working on stretching routines for the last 15 years. My routine is similar to the exercises I've seen here so far. But these exercises take things farther and are more explicit than what I have been doing. They are a welcome addition to my own practice.

Qi Gong for Spinal Health

I want to thank The Martial Man for allowing me to have access to this course. Here the Master Adam Mizner presents exercises to us which seem to me of very great interest for all the practitioners of Martial arts. These exercises have a preventive or curative role depending on the case. They are easy to integrate into regular training. I thank Adam Mizner for the quality of his presentation.
