In this workshop we will work on the internal structure and strings.
Grounding, centering and rooting to set a good foundation.
Then will go through the Yan Shou Gong set 1 to 6 and do partner drills to activate and test the internal structure.
This course can de attended by beginners and students who are already familiar with Yan Shou Gong.
