Seminar Content
YIN Form
We will deepen our understanding of the first Wu Ji Quan form, YIN.
This includes extended work beyond the enormous range of applications and testing, especially for more advanced students.
YANG Form
We will dive deeply into the YANG form, learning the functions of the Ba Gua footwork in Wu Ji and its meaning for inner and outer Chi movement.
WIND Form
You will also have a start for the third form, WIND, and its three main principles and internal functions.
