This one-day workshop will focus on opening the body and sinking and mobilising the Qi. Through solo and partner exercises, students will learn the foundations to progress within their TaiChi practise. All levels are welcome.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn authentic TaiChi from one of Sifu Adam Mizner’s most senior students.
