Wu Ji Quan: Harnessing the Power of Yin and Yang

The Ancient Internal Martial Art for Balance and Harmony.

Description

Begin learning the ancient art of Wu Ji Quan, the inner core teaching of the Shaolin tradition, with Dr. Ortwin Lüers. Rooted in a history dating back over 3000 years, Wu Ji Quan, one of the oldest traditions of internal martial arts, holds a rich history dating back over 3000 years and was adopted into the monastic Shaolin tradition by Bodhidharma (Da-Mo), the first patriarch of Chan Buddhism. The unique positive properties of Wu Ji Quan exercises on both body and mind have made it a cornerstone for the cultivation of inner essence, meditation, healing, and martial arts.

The term “WU JI,” which translates to primordial emptiness or ultimate potential, holds great significance within Chinese philosophy and the I Ching. Our mission is to preserve and cultivate this precious and rare art, ensuring the legacy of Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong lives on.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this course offers a comprehensive exploration of Wu Ji Quan, and aims to make Wu Ji Quan accessible to enthusiasts worldwide, spreading its teachings and ensuring its preservation for generations to come.
