These Affiliate Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern participation in the The Martial Man – Online Community Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by The Martial Camp Co., Ltd. (“The Martial Man,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering as an Affiliate and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Program.
1. Purpose of the Affiliate Program
The purpose of the Program is to allow approved affiliates (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) to promote The Martial Man – Online Community and earn commissions for qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate referral links.
Affiliates may promote the Website through:
- personal websites
- blogs
- social media
- email marketing
- personal referrals
- other lawful marketing channels.
2. Affiliate Application and Approval
Participation in the Program requires approval.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to:
- websites containing illegal content
- misleading marketing practices
- spam-based marketing
- websites that conflict with our brand or values.
Applicants whose applications are rejected may not reapply without prior permission.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree that:
- you will promote The Martial Man honestly and ethically
- you will comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
- you will clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.
For example, affiliates must comply with applicable disclosure regulations such as:
- FTC guidelines (United States)
- Consumer protection laws in the EU/UK
- other applicable advertising disclosure laws in your jurisdiction
A typical disclosure may include statements such as:
“This page contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, I may receive a commission.”
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.
Commission payments are subject to the following conditions:
- Commissions are calculated only on completed and paid transactions.
- The referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Fraudulent transactions or abuse of the system will result in forfeited commissions.
If a purchase results in:
- a refund
- a chargeback
- or payment dispute
the commission associated with that transaction will not be paid.
Commission payments are typically issued once per month, subject to any minimum payout thresholds that may apply.
5. Affiliate Links and Marketing Materials
Affiliates may use the promotional materials provided by The Martial Man, including:
- text links
- banners
- graphics
- promotional descriptions.
Affiliates may also create their own promotional materials provided that they:
- do not misrepresent The Martial Man or its products
- do not make false claims
- do not violate intellectual property rights.
All affiliate links must direct users to https://themartialman.com or official landing pages provided by The Martial Man.
6. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:
- spam marketing (unsolicited mass email, messaging, or posting)
- misleading advertising
- impersonating The Martial Man
- promoting illegal activities
- cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- creating fake purchases or fraudulent referrals
- bidding on branded PPC keywords without permission.
Violations may result in immediate termination from the Program.
7. Coupon and Deal Promotions
From time to time, The Martial Man may provide authorized coupon codes to specific affiliates or newsletter subscribers.
Affiliates may only promote coupons that have been explicitly authorized.
Affiliates may not:
- promote unauthorized coupon codes
- imply discounts that do not exist
- use misleading wording such as “click to reveal coupon” when none is available.
Affiliate links must only set cookies when the user voluntarily clicks a clear promotional link.
8. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded search terms related to The Martial Man without prior written permission.
This includes but is not limited to bidding on keywords such as:
- The Martial Man
- The Martial Man courses
- The Martial Man discount
- The Martial Man coupon
or similar variations.
9. Termination
Affiliate participation may be suspended or terminated at any time if:
- this Agreement is violated
- fraudulent activity is detected
- misleading promotion occurs
- intellectual property rights are violated.
We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate account at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or invalid transactions will be forfeited.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Martial Camp Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
This includes but is not limited to:
- loss of revenue
- loss of commissions
- tracking errors
- technical failures.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Affiliate Program and associated services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
- uninterrupted operation
- error-free tracking
- specific earnings or commission results.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of income.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Martial Camp Co., Ltd., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- your participation in the Program
- your promotional activities
- your violation of this Agreement.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Thailand.
14. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
15. Electronic Agreement
By registering for the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract.
Your registration and participation act as your electronic signature, confirming acceptance of these Terms.
