Yan Shou Gong – Montreal

In this workshop we will work on the internal structure and strings.Grounding, centering and rooting to set a good foundation.Then will go through the Yan Shou Gong set 1 to 6 and do partner drills to activate and test the internal structure.

This course can de attended by beginners and students who are already familiar with Yan Shou Gong.

On both days the workshop is from 10.00 till 16.00
