I started training in Wing Chun at the age of 14,  moved to Hong Kong to train under Ip Man’s 3rd students (Chu Shong Tin) when I was 21yrs old. I trained full-time (6hrs a day) under Master Chu for over 9years until he passed away in 2014.

In 2008, with Master Chu’s recommendation, I opened a Wing Chun school called Mindful Wing Chun which is now the biggest Kung Fu school in Hong Kong!

In 2018, due to very high demand for Master Chu’s unique and internal teachings on Wing Chun, I launched an Online Academy which passes on his entire teachings of the complete system of Wing Chun Kung Fu (www.mindfulwingchun.online)
