As a Wing Chun practitioner, can the three Wing Chun forms be used as vehicles to learn the internal concepts taught in this course?
Hi, regarding the Yan Shou Gong (YSG) course, all of the original forms and theories have been retained; therefore, there is no need to use other martial art forms to learn the internal concepts.
