Meditation – The art of inner peace and happiness – FREE COURSE

A guided meditation course with Nima King.

Course Details

Meditation is an inner art that ultimately leads to true happiness. This FREE in-depth and comprehensive program lays out a step-by-step path of this ancient yet timeless practice from the beginning of correct sitting postures for meditation to the profound levels that can be attained, such as Nimmita (and Jhanas.)

The instructions are straightforward and direct. The obstacles that you may encounter along the way and how to overcome them are also discussed in great detail, enabling you to have an EXPERIENTIAL understanding and wisdom about the workings of your mind. This, in turn, leads to changing your relationship with the emotions and thoughts that arise, enabling you not to be stuck and controlled by them. You will begin to develop Loving Kindness for yourself and those around you! Meditation is not about stopping your thoughts or emptying the mind but instead meeting the thoughts from a place of wisdom. It’s not about controlling the wave’s life, but rather, it’s about learning how to ride this wave skilfully!

There are many SCIENCE-backed benefits of meditation practice, and here are just a few:

  • Reduce Stress.
  • Control Anxiety and Depression and promote emotional health.
  • Enhance Self Awareness.
  • Increase Mental Clarity, Focus, and Attention Span.
  • Improve Sleep.

Course Suitability

This program is designed for ALL levels, from beginners and advanced meditation practitioners. No matter who you are, as long as you are willing to dedicate some time and effort, the 14+ hour course will undoubtedly serve as a clear and easy-to-follow guide through this beautiful inner journey.

Excellent course with beautiful anecdotes

Clearly structured course with many beautiful anecdotes for easy memorisation. Definitely improved my meditation progress after a couple of videos. Update – Just finished the course, really recommended! It even helped me to overcome my corona illness with breathing and mindfulness methods. And above all, I have become much more mindful in everyday life! Thank you very much for sharing, Nima K!
