As you progress through the lessons, you really develop the skills. You need a partner for this, as it involves practical partner work. Not wordy or rambling, nor talking of vague theories, the lessons are mostly demonstrated and explained in less than 5 min

I've been practicing tai chi & qigong for 20 years & compared to most schools I've encountered, the one I was learning with taught much deeper material. Mark's course blows my old school out of the water. The material in this course, even the basic lessons, will teach you more than you could possibly expect.
