An interesting video of Sifu Liang de hua showing some Yang style Tai Chi gong li exercises and clearly demonstrating some serious internal power. Does anyone know the correct translation of gong li?

Hi Tomas, from what I understand, the meaning of Gong Li when used in this context is “power.” I know many people are familiar with Jin and Li, so you can think of it like this, Jin and Li are interchangeable; however, Gong Li can be considered more substantial than Jin.
