Seizing the Joints – Tai Chi

    I’ve found this to be one of the top exercises to develop both Magnetic skill in oneself, and to learn to find and utilize the lines of force in the partner (at the joints). You get it right or you don’t, and your partner can tell, and you can tell immediately.
    It is also easier not to use muscle with this drill then with electric issuing exercises.
    It is also a lot easier to issue electric cleanly (and without muscles) from an magnetic seize.
