An introduction to Shaolin Nei Gong – Part 1
Part one of my exclusive interview with Master Yap Boh Heong discussing the authentic Nei Gong practices traditionally taught to only the most senior monks in the Southern Shaolin Temple. I’m currently working closely with Master Yap to produce a comprehensive online training program that will include the original methods and in-door teachings of Shaolin Nei Gong. The online course will be released on The Martial Man website later this year.

Hey Kieren,
Will the course you’re developing with Yap Sifu be Nei Gong from 5 Ancestors, Wu Mei or the Yan Shou Gong system?

Hi Daimak, yes, the course I’m working on with Master Yap will provide extensive instruction on all 36 Nei Gong sets of the Yan Shou Gong, including the applications and indoor teachings of all movements. Learning the Yan Shou Gong Nei Gong sets is a prerequisite for learning Wumei.
